Workout, Day 4, part deux

Bonjour Mes Amis -

Tonight I did tomorrow's workout: pure cardio. It was totally hardio. But I thought I would do it anyway to be able to either sleep in tomorrow or do Wednesday's tomorrow and then have two days off.

My 4th meal was 2 egg white, one whole egg, two pieces of bacon, one whole wheat English muffin and tomato "to taste". This is one of my favorites. I have to have one more meal today and I'm thinking YOGURT!

I may not blog anymore tonight because I have to finish my application and do it in the bad hole.

ps. I'm nowhere near fit, but Day 5... only 55 more to go!
